Be the Change plastic bags.

In Ghana it is not possible to drink water from the tap, just like in many other countries. The population therefore buys water in sachets. This is cheap purified water, affordable for everyone. But this gives a lot of pollution because all of the empty plastic bags end up on the streets. We want to do something with this pollution, and that is why we came up with the idea to recycle these empty water sachets and turn them into strong bags. This is a huge win-win situation. Empty sachets are removed from the street, which means less pollution. With the empty sachets we make new bags, which generates revenue for our foundation.
